WPCC member ,Bill S. had the good fortune to be in BC this past winter when some of the 2010 Olympic Athletes (Anne-Marie Lefrancois, Anthony Wright, Sylvia Kerfoot, Crispin Lipscomb, were at the main branch of the RBC in downtown Vancouver.
It was the unveiling of the Olympic torch that will be passing throughout Canadian communities on its way to the games in BC for the start of the games . Bill had the opportunity to meet those athletes and get their autographs.
A few days later he was able to collect some Olympic pins and in particular the CTV sponsor pin in which their was a very limited edition. That required standing in line for approximate two hours .
There was also a TV news clip off him getting the pin shown on the evening regular news cast.. It was a great experience, which in most cases, happen once in a life time.
